Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes up to 3 jobs, 50 CVs per job, and 2 AI-generated job descriptions per month. No credit card required.

How much does Pro cost?

Pro is £29/month. It removes all CV and job limits, adds bulk ZIP upload, CSV export, up to 5 team members with role-based permissions, and priority support.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the subscription page and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount compared to monthly. See the pricing page or contact us for the current annual rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via LemonSqueezy (our payment processor), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Is SwiftShortlist cheaper than a traditional ATS?

Yes. Most enterprise ATS platforms cost hundreds of pounds per seat per month plus setup fees. SwiftShortlist Pro is £29/month flat and needs no setup or ATS integration - you can start screening the same day.
