SwiftShortlist started from a simple frustration: too many hours lost reading CVs that do not match the role. A recruiter spending half a day on first-pass screening is not doing their best work. We set out to change that.

We use Gemini, Google's large language model, to read every CV end-to-end, understand context and experience, and score each candidate against your exact job requirements. Not keywords. Not pattern matching. Actual comprehension.

The result: a ranked shortlist in under 2 minutes, complete with reasoning, strengths, gaps, and recruiter notes for every candidate.
