SwiftShortlist operates on a subscription basis. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how cancellations work. We aim to be fair and straightforward.
The Free plan has no charge and requires no credit card. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan. You can stop using the service at any time.
If you are billed monthly, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription simply does not renew.
If you purchased an annual subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day window, you will retain access until the end of your paid year. No partial refund is issued for the remaining months.
When a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at no cost. If you forget to cancel before the trial ends and are charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it, no questions asked.
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual agreement signed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first as we resolve most billing issues quickly and without the need for a dispute.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
